The housemates from Hell had to sort 1007 letters into two piles: Heaven and Hell in the 'Letter From Home Task'. What they didn't know is that hidden in their bulging mailbag were some tear-jerking letters from home. Each of the Heavenly housemates received a letter from a loved one, and as far as the housemates from Hell were aware, there would not be any post for them.
But that was not the full story...
After the task, Head of House Rachel was called to the Diary Room where she faced a moral dilemma. She could receive a letter from her mother, or she could deliver messages to Kathreya, Michael and Nicole - but not both.
If she took her own letter, the other housemates would know nothing about the choice she's made.
