The final of Celebrity Big Brother proved a hit with viewers as 4 million tuned in as Alex Reid was announced the winner of the final series. The final gained 500,000 on last year where Ulrika Johnson won CBB6.Earlier in the evening 3.61m (14.2%) watched as Stephanie, Jonas and Vinnie were evicted, another 191,000 tuned in on C4+1. The 10pm final between Dane and Alex kept 4.04m (19.8%) watching, with a further 272,000 an hour later on C4+1. The programme peaked with 4.2m (22%) between 22:15 and 22:45 on Channel 4, meanwhile Big Brother's Big Mouth on E4 drew healthy 785,000 at 23:05.
