Darnell was the first housemate voted out during the Big Brother Final during the live show on Channel 4. Viewers had been voting all week for the winner of Big Brother 9, but Mohamed and Kathreya were voted out earlier this week in a shock Double Eviction. Darnell had 14.9% if the total votes at the point the phone lines closed to decide 5th place.
