BB9: Poll - Which Housemate Would You Bring Back? - Result

Rebecca has been voted overwhelmingly as the BB9 housemate you would bring back to the house. Rebecca Shiner was the clear favourite with over 50% of the vote on 48 votes, with many feeling Bex shouldn't have been voted out on Friday ahead of Mohamed.

First week evicted housemate, Stephanie proved popular with BBBS readers, who voted her the second favourite to make a return to BB9 with almost 20% of the vote. Jennifer was close behind her on 15% of the total vote to secure an all female Top 3.

Alexandra was fourth with 6% of the vote, with some wanting her back to fire things up again, Mario and Belinda gained just 3 votes each, while Sylvia and Dennis failed to win any fans from the Big Brother Blog Squad readers!

BB9: Belinda Big Brother Eviction Viewing Figures

Big Brother viewing figures came under the media spotlight today as reports that viewers were switching off from the reality programme. Yet Friday's fifth eviction drew 3.4m for Belinda, with 2.4m watching her interview with Davina just before 11pm. The 9-10pm show peaked at 3.6m and another 114,000 watched on C4+1. Saturday's show was watched by the same number of viewers who watched the exit interview with 214,000 watching the show an hour later.

Sunday's highlights picked up viewers, hitting the 3m mark and another 293,000 watching C4+1 and Monday's show featuring Mo and Dale's argument was seen by 2.8m (16%). While BB9 may have dipped about 2% of total audience share, we should remember the programme is over 40 days into it's 90 day stint and some viewers have gone on holiday.

BB9: Day 44 - VIDEO - Belinda Is Evicted

Belinda was evicted from the Big Brother house tonight after spending just two weeks inside the house. The jazz hands failed to save "Belinda Belinda Belinda" from eviction.

Wearing a black dress with the union flag on the bottom, Belinda had been expecting the news as Davina McCall announced to the house she had become the fifth housemate to be voted out by the public with 65% of the vote. Rex said he couldn't believe it and that he was disappointed to still be in the house.

BB9: Day 44 - Belinda or Rex to be Evicted?

It's Friday and someone is going to leave the Big Brother house tonight, everyone (including the housemates) think Belinda will be evicted. Rex is confident of staying, even though the Londoner has said he'd be happy to leave. He wants to go but as Dale told him earlier today, the public might keep him in the BB9 house because he wants to leave.

Rex is a favourite with the ladies, while Belinda has not had time to connect with the other housemates or public in the two weeks she has been in the house. Only a miracle can save her now, Big Brother has tried to do all they can to swing the vote in her favour but by 21:49 tonight we expect Belinda, Belinda, Belinda will be going, going, gone...............

BB9: Day 43 - Belinda Sends Darnell To Jail

Darnell was sent to jail by Belinda after giving her a a prize which meant they could send one heavenly person behind bars. She picked him because as "Head of House" he had to take the rap.

Darnell replied that she was absolutely right to have made the decision to imprison him.He said: "That is the responsibility of Head of House. It makes sense, dude."

He was the first housemate to be sent to the Luxury Jail and didn't seem to mind as it wasn't like a real prison.

BB9: Day 43 - Housemates Get BBQ

The Heavenly housemates were rewarded with a BBQ and water guns thanks to the Hell housemates passing their Manure Task earlier. Luke was not impressed, ""We were shovelling manure for you to shove burgers into your mouth!"

Belinda said: "They're going to have some burnt meat and stale bread." Rebecca and Luke were unconvinced. "Rex says he knows how to barbecue so no-one will get salmonella," Luke sighed. "He has six degrees in barbecues, and his dad owns a barbecue factory."

BB9: Day 42 - Luke's Manhood Called Into Question

While Luke celebrates his 21st birthday in the Big Brother house, his "Hell" housemates called into question the size of his manhood.
Belinda, Lisa, Luke, Rebecca, Sara and Stuart were in the Cycling Room and were hoping for a reward for completing the Shopping Tasks.

As Stuart got on his bike, he teased Luke about fibbing about his shoe size. "Don't ask Luke about Luke's feet," joked Stuart, "he's size seven but he wears size tens."
"I've got big feet," protested Luke. "There's a big correlation between shoe size and size of manhood," said Belinda. "I accidentally put my hand somewhere once and trust me, there's not," said Rebecca.

Seconds later Bex said, "Actually I was quite surprised, I did fall off the bed laughing." An earlier conversation revealed that Luke had erections each night Rebecca shared his bed but had remained self controlled.

Big Brother housemate Rebecca flashed her boobs once again after late night antics in the BB9 house turned rude following a food and water fight (as BBBS revealed earlier). Bex lifted her top up revealing her boobs and shocking Belinda and other housemates in the garden. Belinda quickly saw the funny side and pretended to caress Bex's breasts.



Just as well Rebecca didn't get evicted on Friday, otherwise it could have been Mario's man boobs on here!

BB9: Day 41 - Housemates Think Belinda Will Be Evicted

Housemates think that Belinda will be evicted on Friday and were quite surprised that Rex was up for the public vote. Rebecca and Lisa agreed that Rex was "too big a character" for Big Brother to lose. The "Hell" housemates sat in B Block discussing the nomination results, Lisa said she was glad to be in the "Hell" team and said that Mario would be laughing as he watched them doing the cycle task.

Rebecca said you can never be too sure who would go on Friday, but agreed with the group that it looked like Belinda would go as Rex had not done anything wrong.

Meanwhile Rex thinks that he is really liked by the public and is convinced that Belinda will go as he discussed with Dale, Mo and Kat in the Heavenly Garden. Dale doesn't think the vote is between two big characters as Belinda has only been in the house for a week. Kat said she likes Belinda and maybe the public like her as well.

BB9: Day 41 - Nominations Revealed

The Big Brother housemates nominated for eviction this week have been revealed as Belinda and Rex. The housemates voted Belinda after a week of non stop snoring and Rex for his arrogance. Tonight's BBLB will reveal more details and the 10pm show on Channel 4 will explain how each of the housemates voted.

BB9: Day 39 - Heaven and Hell House Divide

As Head of House, Darnell got to choose five housemates to live in the Luxury Bedroom. The elected Head picked Maysoon, Dale, Rex, Mohamed, Kathreya and Rachel to live with him.

The remaining housemates were consigned to "Hell" and forced to live in B-Block (the Basic Bedroom). Belinda said they should rename the room to make it their own, so B-Block became G-Spot, thanks to Lisa's suggestion.

BB9: Day 38 - New Housemate Poll

The Big Brother Blog Squad Poll has been running all week to find out who YOU like the most out of the three new housemates that entered the BB9 house eight days ago.

While it seems Belinda, Belinda, Belinda has managed to get up every one's nose, Sara and Maysoon have proved popular inside and outside the house.

BB9: Day 35 - Belinda 'Snorgate' Drama

Another sleepless night in the BB9 house, with most of the housemates awake at 3am thanks to Belinda's snoring. The Luxury Bedroom have had enough, B Block refuse to have her and now Belinda's snoring is on every one's lips.

Luke wants to call a meeting and vote Belinda into B Block on alternate nights but B Block won't like that. Mario pointed out to those in the Luxury Bedroom they have the majority vote as they discussed where to stick Belinda. Luke called the situation 'Snorgate' as he likened the vote to a debate in the House of Commons, getting rather animated in the Luxury Bedroom as Michael joined in the heckling!

We all know how disastrous calling a BB meeting can be...................

BB9: Day 33 - Belinda's Snoring Winds Up House

Belinda is already causing a stir in the Big Brother house, Michael ended up in Jail yesterday because of her snoring and now the rest of the house is getting more and more wound up by her constant snoring.

The poor new housemate can't even get any help from Big Brother - they have refused her request for nasal clips. Mario, Luke and Rex were discussing her sleeping noises and fellow newcomer Sara wants to move to B Block.

Belinda has offered to sleep in the Living Area but Luke said she wouldn't be allowed by Big Brother, just as well the new housemates are exempt from nominations this week or Belinda's snoring might have earned her an early exit.

BB9: Day 32 - Housemates Upset By Chanting

While Mickey was in jail and Rachel and Belinda were chatting to him - several people chanted names outside saying who they wanted out of the Big Brother house. For the rest of the afternoon all the housemates were discussing who the names were.

Rachel thought it was her name they called and looked visibly disturbed, while Belinda thought she'd heard a "Ch" sound and thought it could be Rachel or Rebecca. Then the Chinese whispers set in and before long Stuart had been told that Belinda had said his name. This then led to Belinda seeking solace in the Luxury Bedroom confiding in Mario as she she a little tear or two. Mario tried to explain that this is what happens in the BB9 house.

Stuart had already had his worst 24 hours in the house, crying earlier in the day and missing Jen, plus to top it all - Rebecca had cut his hair and she's not even a hairdresser. Any thought of being hated would have only made matters worse. Rex seems like the only person who wasn't fazed by any chanting saying he wasn't bothered.

BB9: New Housemate - Belinda

Belinda became the oldest housemate in the BB9 house on Friday night. The 44 year old Theatre Director is a mother of two and comes from a privileged background but don't be fooled - she describes herself as 'the voice of the voiceless'. She spent the first 11 years of her life in East Africa and is good at killing snakes!

She calls herself radical, intellectual and argumentative. She loves jazz singing and being by the sea and once appeared on stage naked. Belinda will bring plenty of drama during her time in the Big Brother house!
