Instead of being the last chance for housemates to stick the knife in and nominate their way to the final, Big Brother got them to vote for the new Head of House. Sworn to keep the secret, everyone apart from Kat kept the plan under wraps. Later the housemates gathered on the sofas to hear the result.
"Today housemates have been voting to elect the final Head of House," announced Big Brother.
"Big Brother can reveal that the final Head of House, who is immune from eviction and guaranteed a place in the final week is Mohamed."
On hearing his name, Mohamed remained motionless. But the rest of the housemates whooped and cheered, surrounding him with a flurry of high-fives and back slaps.
So Mo's in charge after getting four nominations from the other housemates. Kat narrowly missed out with three; Rachel, Darnell and Lisa got two and Sara, Michael and Rex got one nomination each.
But get ready for another twist on Wednesday night as an extra Big Brother programme has been slotted in at 23:00................
