Nominations this week took a twist as they each went to the Dairy Room to nominate as normal, they were told that they were nominating not for who would be up for eviction, but for who would be the next Head Of House.As an added twist, anyone could be Head of House this week, even if they had worn the crown before.Housemates were expressly forbidden from revealing this to any of the other housemates. Results would be announced later during Big Brother's Little Brother.
